Training Fair 2026: Lots of discussions at the EICHLER stand

A training fair is, above all, an opportunity to strike up a conversation. That is exactly what we experienced this year. Many young people took the opportunity to find out about the trainings we offer and to ask our team and our trainees their questions directly.

We were particularly pleased to see how actively our trainees themselves sought out these exchanges. After all, who could speak more authenitcally about everyday life as a trainee that those who are currently experiencing it?

With games and out photo booth - which we used for the first time - there were also plenty of opportunities to get to know EICHLER in a relaxed way. Perhaps that initial chat at the stand will soon lead to an internship - and from there, the start of an training at EICHLER.

Our trainees are keen to talk

Our trainees themselves played a key role in our trade fair presence. They didn't just wait at the stand to answer questions, but actively approached visitors.

That made it easy to strike up a conversation. Many young people wanted to know, first of all, which training programmes EICHLER offers, where the company is based, and what opportunities there are for joining the company.

According to our Head of Training, Richard Wegele, there was particular interest in the fields of electronics technicians for equipment and systems and IT when it came to the individual career profils.

This gave the young people the opportunity to obtain first-hand information. They were able to ask questions about training on the spot and have them answered in face-to-face conversations.

The photo booth is set to become the new highlight

As well as information on training, the exhibition stand also featured various games. These went down well with visitors and provided a relaxed way to strike up many conversations.

A new feature this year was the photo booth. It was used for the first time at the training fair and proved to be one of the highlights at the EICHLER stand.

Zusammen mit den Spielen und dem übersichtlich gestalteten Stand entstand so eine offene Atmosphäre, in der Information und persönlicher Austausch zusammenkamen.

Ausbildung lässt sich am besten selbst erleben

Ausbildungsmessen geben einen ersten Eindruck. Ob ein Beruf und ein Unternehmen wirklich zu den eigenen Vorstellungen passen, zeigt sich jedoch meist erst, wenn man den Arbeitsalltag selbst erlebt.

Genau deshalb möchte unser Ausbildungsteam interessierte Jugendliche ermutigen, nach dem Messebesuch den nächsten Schritt zu machen: Wenn ein Ausbildungsberuf bei EICHLER interessant klingt, kommt vorbei und lernt uns bei einem Praktikum selbst kennen.

Denn ein persönlicher Einblick hilft dabei, herauszufinden, welche Aufgabem einem liegen, wie der Arbeitsalltag aussieht und ob EICHLER als Ausbildungsbetrieb zu einem passt.

Die vielen Gespräche auf der Ausbildungsmesse waren dafür ein guter Anfang. Ob daraus auch neue Bewerbungen entstehen, wird sich in den kommmenden Wochen und Monaten zeigen.
