At our Pürgen location, our specialised technicians perform over 30,000 repairs annually on automation technology components from the fields of drive technology, HMI, assemblies, and robotics.

Repairs at EICHLER – Quality instead of risk
Each assembly that leaves the Electronics Service Centre in Pürgen is tested in our in-house testing facility and comes with a minimum 24-month warranty. More than 500 different test setups are available - ranging from manual single-component tests and load and endurance testing to fully automated parameter testing. The latest generation of state-of-the-art test stands, developed in-house, simulates realistic operating conditions to ensure the functionality of your HMI panels, PLC assemblies, or components from drive technology and robotics.
PLC controllers and assemblies - the range of services
PLC control technology forms the heart of modern manufacturing and production systems. With decades of experience in the repair and maintenance of automation technology, EICHLER ensures the functionality of current and discontinued control generations from a wide range of renowned manufacturers, such as Siemens SIMATIC® S5 and S7. State-of-the-art testing and diagnostic techniques, such as a vapor-phase soldering system, enable the localization of even sporadic fault patterns on circuit boards. Following this, repairs are carried out down to the component level, based on the individual fault pattern of the module.
HMI operator panels - the range of services
For almost 50 years, EICHLER GmbH has been the leading repair service provider for current and discontinued HMI operator panels from various manufacturers. Component-level repair extend the service life of industrial systems and reduce costs associated with migration processes. In addition, EICHLER supports customers through the purchase and sale of both used and new devices. In the field of Life Cycle Management, EICHLER offers advanced inventory management concepts to ensure the long-term availability of industrial electronics. Every device repaired or purchased from EICHLER is tested for full functionality under realistic operating conditions using fully automated test stands.
Robotics - the range of services
Effective immediately, maintenance personnel and system operators can also take advantage of EICHLER's extensive service portfolio for electronic assemblies used in KUKA industrial robots. Defective handheld control units, control PCs, servo assemblies, or power supplies from the KRC 1, KRC 2, and KRC 2 control generations are repaired down to the component level, tested, and then functionally verified. In addition to repairs, EICHLER also offers the option to purchase function-tested used or new devices directly or in exchange.
