When I am confronted with stress or complex technical problems, I take a structured approach. I write myself a list of the individual steps I need to take to solve the problem. This overview helps me to stay on top of things and work through the tasks systematically. This allows me to work in a concentrated and efficient manner without losing track of things. This method also gives me a sense of control and reduces my stress.
