This shipping information applies exclusively to purchases made via the online store www.eichler-service.com/shop. It provides transparent shipping options for delivery and returns: costs, delivery times, destination countries, and express and courier options. All information is compact, clear, and up to date.

Note: The available delivery countries are displayed at checkout. Countries that cannot be selected cannot currently be delivered to.

What shipping methods are available?

Depending on the size, weight, and number of items ordered, shipping is carried out by parcel service or freight forwarder.

Standard shipping via parcel service

Your order will be shipped via UPS or DHL.

Average delivery time

  • Germany: 1-2 business days
  • Austria: 2-3 business days
  • Switzerland: 2-5 business days (excluding time for customs clearance)
  • Liechtenstein: 2-5 business days

Standard shipping via freight forwarder

Your order will be shipped via Dachser.

Average delivery time

  • Germany: 2-3 business days
  • Austria: 2-5 business days
  • Switzerland: 2-5 business days (excluding time for customs clearance)
  • Liechtenstein: 2-5 business days

Express shipping via parcel service/freight forwarder/courier

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include all relevant shipping/handling fees and are confirmed at checkout.
Currently, all orders placed in the online store are shipped free of charge.

For deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, customs clearance costs and, if applicable, Atlas costs will be incurred. These will be clearly shown at checkout when you place your order.

The following flat rates per order apply to shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein:

  • Export processing costs: EUR 40.00 plus VAT
  • Atlas fee: EUR 35.00 plus VAT, for orders over EUR 1,000.00

Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to our shipping service provider, you will receive a confirmation email with the corresponding tracking link for tracking your shipment.

Packaging and transport safety

Every order is packaged securely for transport to prevent damage. A delivery note is included with every shipment. We use ESD-compliant packaging materials to provide the best possible protection for electronic components. Additional shock protection ensures maximum safety. Please check the shipment immediately upon receipt for any transport damage. Make a note of this or refuse acceptance if necessary.

Returns and refunds

We only supply to businesses (B2B). There is no right of withdrawal for orders placed in the web shop and returns are generally excluded, unless the legal requirements for a right of withdrawal exist. In the event of an incorrect delivery in individual cases or if the delivered goods are defective within the scope of your immediate commercial inspection obligation, please contact us immediately using the contact details below.
