Six New Electronics Technicians are Off to a Flying Start!

Completely independent - Six trainees celebrate their IHK graduation as electronics technicians for devices and systems

With beaming faces, we at Eichler celebrate a special milestone: all six of our talented trainees successfully passed their IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) final exams as electronics technicians for devices and systems in July 2024. This is not only a great achievement for the graduates, but also for us as a company that has been training technical junior staff at the highest level for over a decade.

A special training class: More women than men

This graduating class is exceptional for many reasons. For the first time in the history of our technical training at Eichler, the class consists of more women than men. Graduates Eva Eibl, Sarah Scharpf, Carola Schifferer, and Alisa Schilling are a strong sign that technical professions are no longer a male domain. Alongside them, Markus Anzinger and Vincent Stawinoga celebrate their successful completion of training.

“This class has truly achieved something great,” says our technical training manager Richard Wegele with pride. “Their work ethic and passion for electronics are reflected in their outstanding exam results.”

Ten years of training at the highest level

For over ten years, Eichler has been training electronics technicians for devices and systems at its Pürgen location. In our in-house workshop, we provide trainees with hands-on training that gives them deep insights into the world of automation technology. Every year, six new trainees start their professional careers and grow with their tasks by repairing old devices, thus preventing the creation of electronic waste and making an important contribution to sustainability.

Sarah Scharpf, one of the graduates, recalls her early days:

“From the very beginning, I was welcomed with open arms here. The training at Eichler was intensive but incredibly rewarding. I not only learned how to solve technical problems but also how to work in a team and take on responsibility.”

The crowning finale: Transition into a permanent employment contract

The best part about this successful graduating class? All six graduates are being offered permanent positions at Eichler. For us, this ia a sign of trust in their skills and a confirmation of their hard work.

“I'm delighted that we can contunie working with these dedicated young professionals,” says Sarah Brenner, technical trainer at Eichler. “They have proven that they are an excellent fit for us, both professionally and personally.”

The transition into permanent employment means not only job security for the young electronics technicians but also the opportunity to further develop their careers at Eichler.

“For me, it was always my goal to stay at Eichler after training. Now I'M looking forward to diving even deeper into automation technology,” says Markus Anzinger. One of the freshly qualified electronics technicians.

Congratulations to our successful graduates!

We warmly congratulate Markus Anzinger, Eva Eibl, Sarah Scharpf, Carola Schifferer, Alisa Schilling, and Vincent Stawinoga on their successful graduation! Your dedication and achievements are not only a personal success but also a freat asset to our entire company.

We look forward to continuing to work together on exciting projects and to realize our vision of sustainable, forward-looking automation technology.
