Day of Training 2025 at EICHLER

On 19 November, EICHLER had the pleasure of welcoming numerous interested pupils in Pürgen and to spend an exciting and varied day together with them.

What is the Day of Training?

Every year on the Penance Day, the “Day of Training” takes place. It offers interested pupils the opportunity to gain a first insight into the world of work. They can spend a day getting to know a company, exploring different vocational training paths, and finding out which career direction might suit them.

Schedule

The day began with a short presentation about EICHLER and the various training professions offered by the company. Afterwards, the pupils took part in a guided tour of the company, during which they were able to gain an initial impression of the different areas of work.

Next, the young people were able to become active themselves: in the technical training department, they had the opportunity to get hands-on experience by soldering and assembling their own LED cube.

To round off the day, the interested pupils visited the high-bay warehouse. A small highlight awaited them there - they were able to unpack their EICHLER goodie bags and end the day on a relaxed note.

The vocational jobs

The pupils were able to learn about four of EICHLER's training professions on this day. These include:

  • Customer Dialogue Management Assistant (m/f/d)
  • Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems (m/f/d)
  • Warehouse Operative (m/f/d)
  • Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Fazit

The visit was an all-round successful day that offered not only many exciting impressions but also valuable insights into the wide range of training professions. The pupils were able not only to experience first-hand how varied the work at EICHLER is, but also to have interesting conversations with employees from different departments. A day that sparks curiosity and has surely left a lasting impression on many.
