Training Day: Experience technology up close!

The “Training Day” at EICHLER offered young visitors the opportunity to experience our three exciting apprenticeships up close. The pupils threw themselves enthusiastically into the world of automation technology. Our doors were open, and there was so much to discover. The highlight of the day was the tour of our state-of-the-art robotics room. Here, the young people had the chance to see how robots work in industry and the role they play in modern technology. The excitement was truly palpable as the participants not only watched, but were also able to work on the robot cells themselves. The sparkle in the young people's eyes showed just how impressive the combination of technology and innovation can be. 

But it wasn't just robotics that fascinated the young people! The apprenticeship as a warehouse operator also left a lasting impression. In our logistics area, the pupils were able to get hands-on experience: unpacking parcels, checking goods, and working with the technology in the warehouse. This practical inisght into the profession brought great joy, and the participants learned how important logistics is for industry. To round off the day, there was a small surprise: Each visitor received a goodie bad filled with promotional items and many small souvenirs of a special day. It was a fantastic experience that will surely stay in the young people's memories for a long time. 

In addition to gaining practical insights into the world of work, the young people also had the opportunity to learn more about Eichler as a company and the career opportunities we offer. As an innovative repair service provider for automation technology, we not only provide exciting apprenticeship positions, but also a working environment shaped by sustainability and a forward-looking approach. As a company, it is particularly important to us to support young talent and to accompany them on their path towards a successful professional future. We hope to welcome many of today's visitors to our team in the near future. 

The “Training Day” was a great success and once again demonstrated how exciting and diverse the world of technology and logistics is. It was a pleasure for us to inspire enthusiasm for these professions and to give the pupils an insight into the forward-looking work we do at EICHLER. The positive feedback and the beaming smiles if the participants speak for themselves: We opened the eyes of many young people and showed them that a career at EICHLER is not only exciting, but also sustainable and future-proof.
