SIMATIC S7 Expert Knowledge I - Basics

Seminar duration: 3 days from 08.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m. | Cost per participant: 2,389 plus VAT

In this technical seminar, participants acquire valuable expertise in the field of SIMATIC® S7 over three training days.

Participants will receive an overview of the Siemens S7 device family and learn the fundamentals of programming using the SIMATIC® Manager. Step by step, they will be guided through all the necessary steps to create a plant project.

Subsequently, advanced exercises and tests will be conducted on training racks. This includes communication between modules via MPI or PROFIBUS connections. Participants will also receive essential information on the use of programming devices and network technology.

Using a programming device, participants will also learn how to independently carry out data backups and program transfers in the event of a fault. In such cases, CPU messages are an important diagnostic tool—participants will be taught the necessary procedures.

The combination of experienced instructors and practical hands-on work with training racks and programming devices ensures that the theoretical knowledge gained is immediately put into practice.
